Privacy Policy
We collect the minimum we need to run akshandesigns.com, and we don't sell or share your data with advertisers. Here is exactly what happens with it.
1. What we store
- Account: your email, an optional name, and a securely hashed password (we can never read it).
- Patreon link (optional): if you sign in with Patreon we store your Patreon ID, email and current tier so we can mirror your access. We never see your Patreon password.
- Purchases & downloads: which designs you bought, claimed or downloaded — that's how "yours forever" works.
- Emails: we send account emails (verification, receipts). No marketing lists without your consent.
2. Payments
All payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and never touch our servers. Stripe's privacy policy applies to the payment itself.
3. Analytics — first-party only
We do not use Google Analytics, TikTok Pixel or any other third-party tracker. Optional advertising cookies run only if you accept them in the cookie banner. Our own server notes, once per visit, which channel brought you here (e.g. a link from Instagram) and which pages a purchase came from. No fingerprinting, and we do not store your IP address. for analytics.
4. Cookies
A cookie is a small text file that a website stores on your device to remember information about your visit. Cookies can be first-party (set by us) or third-party (set by our partners). On this site they fall into two groups:
Strictly necessary cookies. They make the site work: keeping your session open and protecting forms. Because the site cannot function without them, they are always active.
Optional advertising and analytics cookies. These are set only if you accept them in the cookie banner. Together with our advertising partners (such as Meta) we use them to measure the performance of our campaigns and to show more relevant ads. We never store sensitive information such as passwords or payment details in cookies.

5. Where your data lives
Our servers are hosted by IONOS in the European Union. Payment data is handled by Stripe under their own safeguards.
6. Your rights (GDPR)
You can request a copy of your data, correct it, or ask us to delete your account and everything tied to it. Write to admin@akshandesigns.com from your account email and we'll take care of it within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
7. Changes
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we'll note it here with a new date at the top.
