Privacy Policy
We collect the minimum we need to run akshandesigns.com, and we don't sell or share your data with advertisers. Here is exactly what happens with it.
1. What we store
- Account: your email, an optional name, and a securely hashed password (we can never read it).
- Patreon link (optional): if you sign in with Patreon we store your Patreon ID, email and current tier so we can mirror your access. We never see your Patreon password.
- Purchases & downloads: which designs you bought, claimed or downloaded — that's how "yours forever" works.
- Emails: we send account emails (verification, receipts). No marketing lists without your consent.
2. Payments
All payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and never touch our servers. Stripe's privacy policy applies to the payment itself.
3. Analytics — first-party only
We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel or any third-party tracker. Our own server notes, once per visit, which channel brought you here (e.g. a link from Instagram) and which pages a purchase came from. No advertising cookies, no fingerprinting, and we do not store your IP address for analytics.
4. Cookies
One functional session cookie keeps you logged in and protects forms (CSRF). That's it — which is why we don't need a cookie banner.
5. Where your data lives
Our servers are hosted by IONOS in the European Union. Payment data is handled by Stripe under their own safeguards.
6. Your rights (GDPR)
You can request a copy of your data, correct it, or ask us to delete your account and everything tied to it. Write to admin@akshandesigns.com from your account email and we'll take care of it within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
7. Changes
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we'll note it here with a new date at the top.
