Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of akshandesigns.com ("the Service"), a digital library of gothic 3D-printable design files (STL and 3MF). By creating an account, subscribing, or purchasing, you agree to them.

1. Digital products

Everything sold on the Service is a digital file. Nothing physical is shipped (except services expressly described otherwise, such as the Shop Launch Pack). Delivery is immediate: as soon as your payment is confirmed, your designs and download allowance are available in your account. See section 6 for how this affects refunds and the right of withdrawal.

2. Accounts

You need an account with a confirmed email address to purchase or subscribe. Keep your credentials safe — you are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

3. Licenses

• Personal license (single purchases and Crafter tier): print the designs for yourself, your home, and gifts. No selling of prints.
• Commercial license (Gothic Merchant and above, while your subscription is active): sell physical prints of the designs, with no sales limits. When your subscription ends, the commercial license ends with it — files you claimed remain yours for personal use.
• Never allowed, under any license: sharing, reselling, redistributing, or publishing the digital files themselves; claiming authorship; using the files to train machine-learning models.

4. Design downloads (subscriptions)

Subscriptions grant a monthly allowance of design downloads. Every design you claim with your allowance is yours to keep forever, even if you cancel — the commercial license, however, is only valid while subscribed. Annual plans receive the full year of downloads upfront. Unused downloads roll over as described on the pricing page. Unused downloads stay on your account but can only be spent while a subscription is active — they're waiting for you if you come back.

5. Billing & cancellation

Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. Subscriptions renew automatically (monthly or annually) until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your account page: your access, your remaining downloads and, where included, your commercial license continue until the end of the period you have already paid, and the subscription simply does not renew. Cancelling does not refund the rest of the current billing period, monthly or annual, except as set out in section 6. Designs you have claimed stay yours. Prices may change for new billing periods; active subscribers keep the price they signed up with unless notified in advance.

6. Refunds & right of withdrawal

• Digital content, delivered instantly. Before paying, our checkout asks you to tick a box confirming that you want immediate access to the digital files and that you understand your right of withdrawal ends once you download or claim a design. For that reason, purchases are final once any design has been downloaded or claimed under that purchase or subscription.
• 14 days, nothing downloaded: full refund. If you are a consumer and have not downloaded or claimed any design, you can withdraw within 14 days of a single purchase or of starting a subscription (monthly or annual) and receive a full refund. Automatic renewals of an existing subscription are not new purchases; cancel before the renewal date to avoid being charged.
• How to withdraw. Email info@akshandesigns.com from the address on your account, stating clearly that you withdraw from the purchase or subscription and the date you bought it. No particular form is required. We refund to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving your request, and the subscription and any unused downloads end at that point.
• Faulty files. If a file is corrupted or will not open in common slicers, tell us and we will fix or replace it. If we cannot, we refund that design (or return the download it used).
• Billing mistakes. Duplicate or erroneous charges are always refunded in full, whatever the download status.
• Talk to us before disputing a charge. We answer billing questions within two business days. If a payment is disputed with your bank after files were downloaded, we may suspend the account while the dispute is open.
• Patreon memberships are billed by Patreon and follow Patreon's own refund rules; write to us and we will help.
• Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer right you have under the law of your country of residence.

7. Shop Launch Pack

The Shop Launch Pack is a one-time done-for-you service subject to the requirements listed on the offer. Our commitment: both stores live within 30 days of receiving everything we need from you, or a full refund. Fulfilment is manual; we contact you within 48 hours of purchase.

8. Intellectual property

All designs remain the property of Akshan Designs. A license is a permission to use — not a transfer of ownership.

9. Liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for printer damage, failed prints, or lost profits.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Consumers retain any mandatory rights of their country of residence.
