Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of akshandesigns.com ("the Service"), a digital library of gothic 3D-printable design files (STL and 3MF). By creating an account, subscribing, or purchasing, you agree to them.

1. Digital products

Everything sold on the Service is a digital file. Nothing physical is shipped (except services expressly described otherwise, such as the Shop Launch Pack). By downloading a file you expressly consent to immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that the EU 14-day right of withdrawal no longer applies to that content once downloaded.

2. Accounts

You need an account with a confirmed email address to purchase or subscribe. Keep your credentials safe — you are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

3. Licenses

• Personal license (single purchases and Crafter tier): print the designs for yourself, your home, and gifts. No selling of prints.
• Commercial license (Gothic Merchant and above, while your subscription is active): sell physical prints of the designs, with no sales limits. When your subscription ends, the commercial license ends with it — files you claimed remain yours for personal use.
• Never allowed, under any license: sharing, reselling, redistributing, or publishing the digital files themselves; claiming authorship; using the files to train machine-learning models.

4. Design downloads (subscriptions)

Subscriptions grant a monthly allowance of design downloads. Every design you claim with your allowance is yours to keep forever, even if you cancel — the commercial license, however, is only valid while subscribed. Annual plans receive the full year of downloads upfront. Unused downloads roll over as described on the pricing page.

5. Billing & cancellation

Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. Subscriptions renew automatically (monthly or annually) until cancelled. You can cancel anytime — access continues until the end of the paid period. Prices may change for new billing periods; active subscribers keep the price they signed up with unless notified in advance.

6. Shop Launch Pack

The Shop Launch Pack is a one-time done-for-you service subject to the requirements listed on the offer. Our commitment: both stores live within 30 days of receiving everything we need from you, or a full refund. Fulfilment is manual; we contact you within 48 hours of purchase.

7. Intellectual property

All designs remain the property of Akshan Designs. A license is a permission to use — not a transfer of ownership.

8. Liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for printer damage, failed prints, or lost profits.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Consumers retain any mandatory rights of their country of residence.
