A mummified hand rising from its base, wrapped finger by finger in sculpted linen strips with cracked, dried skin showing in the gaps. The fingers curl open as if reaching for something, and the bandage folds catch shadow nicely. The photo shows it in bone white against red gothic wall shelves.
