The Possessed Girl Frame is a framed horror relief: a girl mid-scream, eyes narrowed and mouth wide, hair hanging in tangled strands, carved inside a rectangular border of scrolling vines. The face sits deep in the panel, so the frame throws a shadow over it. In the photo it is printed in gray and hangs on a plain wall.
