The Roman Wall Shelf is a classical ledge with a running frieze of scrolls and palmettes along the front edge, held up by four fluted column brackets that taper to rounded tips. The photo shows it in white-grey on a cream wall, where it reads like a piece of plaster cornice lifted from a villa.
